For me, spiritual direction is a sacred conversation in which a trained spiritual guide listens deeply to and companions with another who desires a greater awareness of the divine in their life.
The word "direction" may be misleading. It is God who is truly the director, I am simply a compassionate companion who listens deeply to the movement of the Spirit taking place in our conversation. I am trained in the evocative or non-directive method of spiritual direction.
I am committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in my work. I welcome people of all faith traditions, people outside or on the margins of their faith tradition, and those who are struggling to name their experience of the divine. I invite you to explore creating soul space in your life.
