SoulCollage® is a contemplative and insightful process of self-awareness and growth. Using simple supplies to create collaged cards, this practice uses imagery and metaphor to open dialogue with self, others, and the divine. This process honors the person, their own inner-language, and spirituality. SoulCollage® is an expressive arts practice done individually or in community. Founded by Seena B. Frost, the method develops creativity and intuition, encourages self-discovery, and provides personal guidance. SoulCollage® is now practiced world-wide with over 5,000 trained facilitators in over 50 countries. SoulCollage® meets you wherever you are on this journey called life. You don’t have to be an artist to make SoulCollage® cards. Anyone can create and enjoy this powerful practice.

The engaging practice of SoulCollage® opens us up to hear the voice of inner wisdom. During this workshop, we will go on a personal wisdom seeking journey to explore our inner Committee -- our personality parts -- using our imagination, intuition and the simple SoulCollage® process. We will create and consult our cards using questions designed to uncover the answers we already have inside us -- the things we know intuitively and deeply, but don't always rise to the surface to be heard, experienced, and honored. A SoulCollage® kit is included. Pre-registration is necessary. U.S. Residents please register 10 days prior to the workshop date. This online workshop is hosted by Expressive Arts Florida Institute.
